How much does it cost to hire a covers band in Brisbane?
The cost varies based on event location, band size, duration, and production needs. Most bookings include four hours of music, with travel, extended hours, or extra services priced accordingly. For a personalised quote, just get in touch with your event details.
How long will the band play for?
Our standard package is 4 x 45-minute sets with 20-minute breaks, totalling approx. 6 hours on site. Extra sets or early setup can be arranged—let us know your needs and we’ll tailor the timing and pricing.
What time does the band set up?
Bands typically arrive 60-90 minutes before the scheduled start. If an earlier setup or soundcheck is required, please let us know—additional fees may apply for extended call-out times.
Can the band play outdoors?
Absolutely. We are experienced with garden parties, beach events, and backyard celebrations. Clients should plan for an undercover area to protect equipment and musicians from heat or rain.
Can I request specific songs or genres?
Definitely! Our setlist covers pop, rock, dance, and much more. We welcome requests—share your favourites ahead of time and we’ll tailor a playlist to suit your event. Special arrangements for songs may incur an additional fee if not in our existing repertoire.
Can I use the band’s microphone for speeches or announcements?
Yes, we offer a dedicated microphone for speeches, available for hire with any band booking. Just let us know in advance and we’ll make sure it’s set up and ready for your event.
What areas do you cover?
We regularly perform throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas, and can travel for events further afield by arrangement.
Are there any extra fees to be aware of?
Travel beyond central Brisbane, late finishes, additional sets, specialty equipment, or unique requests may attract extra charges. All fees are itemised in your quote before booking.
