As musicians who've played hundreds of weddings and attended many as guests, we understand firsthand just how much live music shapes the atmosphere. We know what works, what doesn't, and what makes the difference between a good night and one people talk about for years.
We also know every couple’s vision is different. Having blended two cultures in our own wedding, we understand how much the little traditions and family moments matter — and we take the time to understand what your day actually needs. All our prices are GST inclusive. Additional charges apply for extended travel outside of Brisbane and more complex requests outside of our standard inclusions. The band formats listed above are flexible and you may choose different instruments to suit your wedding

Your Wedding: Step by Step

From your first enquiry, either Melissa or Costas will reach out personally to arrange a friendly phone call. We believe in getting to know each couple, so this call is our chance to hear about your plans, what matters most to you, and any special ideas you’d like to include. It’s about understanding your vision—and your brief—so we can start to shape something unique for your wedding.

After our conversation, we’ll take everything you’ve shared and design a customised music solution just for you. We’ll send a clear, detailed quote with all inclusions—music, lighting, production—so you know exactly what’s being provided and how it fits your day.

Once you're happy with your plan, we'll send through an invoice along with written confirmation of everything included—music, production, lighting and microphones for speeches if needed—so you have it all on record. A 30% deposit secures your date in our calendar, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding, giving you confidence that everything is locked in and ready.

Leading up to the wedding, we work one-on-one with you to finetune every detail. We liaise with the venue and planners, ensuring all logistics are covered: sound, lighting, setup times, and any specific requirements for the ceremony or speeches. Our musicians prepare ahead for any special requests.

We arrive early to set up all equipment before any guests make their way in. This helps us create a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. We take the time to liaise with your wedding coordinator or MC, making sure all plans and timings are aligned. Our band is fully prepared and ready for the arrival of the wedding party, so you can relax knowing the music and production are taken care of.

Once the festivities have wrapped up, we carefully pack down and load out—all production and equipment taken care of discreetly, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
